    I guess it happens at the hiring stage, most people take whatever they can get, but plenty of people give their available days/hours, whether it's around family, uni etc...
    I see this more in Sydney I suppose, but I do remember a friend who also moved from Canberra to Brisbane saying there were already less penalty rates in Brisbane?

    Public servants in Canberra have their unions fighting to keep their moving house allowance which sees them being paid whilst taking time off.

    I believe that are lots of things all levels of government could do to assist small business owners but they don't.
