6 Hayes Ave has a creek/river running through the back of the property. Given the predominant cultural demographic of the area, this was probably undesireable for Feng Shui reasons and hence turned off a lot of the potential buyer pool.

Is that creek out of the boundary of the house or inside?

Outside the boundary of the property. Personally I'd love to have a source of fresh water in suburbia for irrigation or backyard agriculture purposes...

What happens to that creek after a heavy downpour or a prolonged period of rain? You don't want the overflow seeping into your yard.

The floor plan shows a ground floor and an upper floor.
