Diamond earrings ? If this is her thing

Otherwise a weekend away forget the bling something romantic, nice getaway, great accommodation, romantic get away, break the champain, a little fine dining, memories can be the best

    This will be very expensive!:D

In fact, I already gave her half of my fully paid off PPOR back 10 years ago. :)

Thanks for the suggestions, but she doesn't wear earrings. We've two kids (5 years old and a new born), it will be difficult for us to have a weekend away.

I actually talked to her last night and she said she doesn't want the necklace as it may end up to be my daughter's toy. She suggested to have a dinner out but it may be hard as the new born will just keep crying during the dinner.

    What about

    - renew your vows or pledge your love somewhere nice like the beach etc and have some family shots taken (maybe surprise her with hair and make up). You don't need a celebrant.

    - 12 envelopes with different dates/family events planned/ paid for/ booked for each month of the year.

    Good to discuss!
here is another suggestion. A NIght in! You and Mrs Fire Dragon enjoy each other's company
You hire a waiter to set the table, and serve take away , or a chef who cooks at you house. Home delivery, have the cleaner in that day, and a nanny to occupy the kiddies,
you get dressed up, candle light, and flowers on the table! Voila:)!
