    "Westpac’s Peter King has just bettered CBA chief executive Matt Comyn’s prediction for house price growth by pushing out its forecast for another year.

    “We have a forecast of 10 per cent housing prices increase for this year and next year,” Mr King said.

    Mr King said the phenomenon of rising house prices had been stronger in the regional areas with metropolitan areas playing catch-up."
