    @Gockie, the kitchen is sooo lovely! I am no cook but, I appreciate good kitchen designs. When you get the chance, would love to hear the history about the house.

    I just want some old style wooden dining chairs. We got a lot of the furniture written into the contract, :) but the vendors specifically excluded the dining chairs lol

    I just spoke to our neighbour here... showed him the photos. (Great older guy... he has been living in his house for 44 years... we will miss him as a neighbour and he'll have to get used to new neighbours again)...

    Away he suggested putting the laundry under the house in the backyard, just need to chip away some of the rock. Inspired thinking!

    They are apparently moving to Berry for retire. ;)
    I'm sure the dining table etc would be very heavy, plus the bathroom vanity mirror goes really well with the special vanity in that room etc. Its unique... would not suit any other house.

    A couple of suggestions gockie mentioned made it easy to find :)

    What's the distance between the back of the house and the garage?
    Do you plan to knock down the garage to subdivide?
