Yes I have one of those... but it's nowhere near bright enough (was planning to try to organise my stuff for my taxes)... ~yawn~
    Rather sleep.

Almost 11 months since we first saw the house... partner's just said how much he likes it :)

Today I spotted a mulberry tree with mulberries! Its on my short walk to my bus stop.
    So good

This thread is still going? ;)

I have mulberries in my backyard. When I get round to it, I'm chopping it down.

Chop down the top but not the bottom! Our former neighbour has a mulberry tree in his backyard and the berries used to also be in our yard too. Soooo goood!!!

Problem is, my partner cut off all the low branches... so there were no more berries for me because of that :(

Messy things, wait till the birds eating them start to stain your lovely white sports uniform... :)

That is a scrawny looking thing Bran. Give it the chop (karate style if you like) lol

I have a beautiful old mango tree that provides nice foilage cover for our deck though. That's not going anywhere (but sadly hasn't produced mangoes in the 18months we've been here). It has a birds nest with babies in it right now. The possums climb through it from dusk. (If it fruits, the bats overhead will no doubt overtake our yard. I've only seen one in the mulberry tree).

That's a huge mango tree... we can grow them here too in Sydney but they don't get that big.

Sydney is still great for mangoes though, and they tend to ripen in about April which is great because that's when the normal season is over.

And because you like nice things @Gockie, here's a final pic from my deck. It lacks a city view (4kms from the CBD - views from end of the street), but still a nice place to chill out IMG_8208.JPG .

Thanks Bran. Very thoughtful. Of course I like nice things. :) here's a view from mine. I also see a half decent sunset from my deck but it doesn't photograph well. 20161102_192433.jpg 20161102_192317_Richtone(HDR).jpg

Ps. My birthday tomorrow! Getting old :(.
I will do my birthday weekend up in Brissie though. :)
