    That orange kitchen, blue bathroom and red toilet seat is the most bizarre mix.

    A 2 bedroom apartment sold in Watsons Bay about a year or so ago for 750k (or thereabouts I think). No water views obviously but pretty good considering there are many in non-descript suburbs for the same price. Would be a great place to live

    Good point re supply limits. I'm not keen on the red and orange accents but that could be solved with paint.
