    Hi guys,

Looking for some help defining this term: "Waterway Corridors and Wetlands Overlay", and if a property is located in this area, how concerned should I be?

This property doesn't lie in a Flood Hazard Overlay, however pretty darn close.

    Cheers,

    Taku

I believe you are talking about Brissie...if the probability is less than 0.1% of flooding or even 1% with flood insure you should be ok. Horses for courses I suppose...

    Hey @sash
Yep, talking about Brissie. Do councils give a probability percentage of an area flooding??

Yes...Moreton Bay does...others advise on the flood envelope. Just look on the council website...pretty good.
