Water system in strata complex

    Hi all,

    My external hot water system has broken down. I am wondering if strata will replace it or I am responsible for it. I want to know so I can have a better understanding of the matter before approaching my strata manager. Thank you.

    If it only serves your lot - it is likely to be your responsibility. But you should ask if the strata has fixed or replaced any of these hot water systems.

    Every strata is different so you should ask and investigate the set-up, but chances are you will be responsible.
