    I would think you can leave without penalty due to the mould issues, especially if they've been reported, and the owner or agent has done nothing about it.

    Do call Tenants Queensland and the RTA again (though they will be so busy with Covid related matters) and seek their advice. I'm surprised you have not done anything since the initial post, but it does sound like you have your hands full and I'm guessing life has become overwhelming. I get that. It happens to me too.

    But you need to get out of the house if it is making your health and your child's health suffer.

    I agree with Wylie here. It sounds like you need to find another house, maybe consider something more modern? I'm not saying old houses shouldn't be properly maintained, but if you've had problems in the last three rentals- chances are a newer house will be less likely to cause you problems?
