    For all the wrong reasons.......buying in Bogan suburbs will cost you money...

    Shocking that Narromine is on there, property there not that cheap, maybe they include large surrounding areas in the countryside & many will tell us about areas of Wagga...

    But

    What is happening to prices and market in the Druitt ?

    Why is this a surprise to anyone? I'd fully expect most of the suburbs on this list to be on this list.
    This is also partly why the entry price is low. There are risks here such as higher chance of bond not being refunded or damage worse than bond coverage and this stuff is baked into lower entry prices, among other factors.

    Really? Sure, we've claimed bond money from 2770 properties, but not any more than other properties. We usually end up with long term tenants. We've only kept 3 of them. One has tenants that have been there for about 14 years, another around 10 & the third has been there for about 8. I don't think we'll be too worried if anything happens & we have to claim their bond, but I can't see that happening. While not boasting.......we made a LOT of money from Bogan suburbs. :D
