It was bought by a charity for those in need/ disadvantaged. Hence the elevated price tag...

Is it a development site? 3x335m2 blocks or a duplex each with an attached GF. Who said you couldn't make $$ at that price? ;)

All the haters. Keep watching and keep learning. I've been saying this for a few pages back and for the last 12-18 months already to fellow investors. The growth in Western Sydney will continue to grow especially with so much investment in the billions. If you ignore that very basic fundamental building block of a sustained and growing environment well good luck to you.

Western Sydney WILL continue to go up in the short to medium term. Then like the rest of the suburbs it will also plateau but for now enjoy the ride.

If it doesnt happen it doesnt happen. With all investments nothing is certain that is why all investors need to DYOR - if anything was certain in life as I said before why are we all here? We'd already have made our tens of millions and be sailing around the world retired.

What I am saying is it will grow short to medium term. Its up to the individual when to cash out. Not my problem and/or I dont care when they decide to do this. Hold onto anything long enough it bound to plateu and soften in rising markets.

Anyone can predict things if the timeline is long enough. Especially on things like RE or shares. Like I said before its timing and looking at current environments and taking advantage of them.

OK...will leave it to you...look like you have things sorted. ;)

    Did you get more finance?

My never ending box of time Tim Tams in terms of finance seems to amaze even more...working on another $1m for additional builds but not so easy now....

Yeah I did get another $450k - thats why I've been making offers otherwise I dont like to waste the agents time or mine when my finances arent even ready. LOL - I think Ive worked out a good strategy but we'll see how it goes with the next 3-4 loans. If it goes well I'll share it. :)
