    Keep hating Sash. LOL

I've also just run the medians for a lot of the western suburbs. It is NOT following the 2million+ properties that are slowing significantly infact they are still increasing month on month.

Mount Druitt $731k. Whoohooo!!!!! A cool $510k profit for me on a SINGLE house that many many were saying would never increase within my lifetime hahaha - :)

The jokes on them over $500k is nothing to laugh at.

Ahh mate - I can see how utterly bitter you are when you see young guys who perform WAY WAY better in investing than you mate. Haters always going to hate no matter what the reality is.

Once again keep at it mate. Maybe before your arthritis and memory loss gets you from your old age you can actually claim to be successful in real estate investing.

Sash, anyone can predict a price fall when your timelines are long enough it will EVENTUALLY come true. LOL.

Hey your the one that continuously says the West is the first to fall. NOT happening buddy.

Your making yourself look like a fool right now. Keep at it. Facts dont lie.

Wow.... you can buy homes in desirable parts Brisbane for that sort of price. Perhaps even waterfront.

Reckon it's the same for Adelaide... btw what's the median of the Elizabeth area? I think you could manage buy 3 homes there for the price of 1 Druie house.

that is the point i am making.

for the price of a 731k house in ole mt druie...you can buy

    1. 1 house in some nice suburbs within 7 kms of Adelaide
    2. 1 house in some suburbs within 10 klms of brissie
    3. buy 4 houses in Elizabeth
    4. buy 4 houses in Goodna
    5. buy 2 houses close to the city in rapidly rising houses
6 buy 3 houses in rockingham or mandirah close to beaches
    7. buy 6 to 8 houses in Atlanta

Lets also look in context you can get a very small brand new home in areas like Leppington...Schofields...etc.

Also can possibly get a very small house in places like Pubchbowl which is much closer to the city

I actually don't think Mount Druitt prices in the 6--800k range will drop off much if at all, especially when you look at what further suburbs to the CBD are selling for with high demand.
