Warranty Insurance Post termination of Contract

    We are on the long road of post contract termination.

    As our builder has not gone bankrupt, in order to make any defect claims we need to go to VCAT.

    Has anyone gone down this road and informed the Insurance company that the contract has been terminated and that there will be a claim forthcoming?

    Any thoughts?
