hi all, just a query about a house I saw being rented by the WAPC, I take it this is the WA Planning Commission. I know the Public Trustee used to? Or still do? Rent out houses when they have administration over the owners affairs, my sister rented a little shack from them years ago. But, hadn’t heard of WAPC doing the same. My gut sense is that they have acquired the land ? And are sitting on it pending some type of redevelopment or change of use but thought I would ask the wise members of the forum.

If it's planning, it sounds like the property has been resumed for the next 'project', so you might want to check exactly what is planned for that property (or nearby)!

Do you have the link? You can PM if you wish. I'm curious who shows up as owner in the database

It might be someone using the same acronym as WA Planning Commission
