    Hi All

    We are currently acquiring a large number of sites for Special Disability Accommodation.

    Just normal house sites, happy to demolish older houses as we have a decent demand.

    Requirements:

    1. All sizes of land from 300m2 looked at;
    2. Flat blocks or ability to design double storey house with lift to allow flat entrance and exit from site;
    3. Flat footpath out front of site, or ability to build flat one. We need wheelchair friendly

    Prices up to $900k for single lots in right location.

    Hi,

    We have a property (911sqm) in Eight Mile Plains. Has a house and pool that can be removed for approx. $20K. Land can be subdivided or just build appropriate accommodation. It's 100m from a new Medical Centre (being built now), shops, 2 child care centres, bus stop. Flat on top of a hill. Near Garden City Shopping centre, dentists, Eight Mile Plains busway. I've been told by the bakery that a Pharmacy may be built as well. Short distance from Freeways (Gateway and South East). Near a number of schools. Safe and friendly area. 10-15 mins to Brisbane CBD.

    We are selling privately.

    I've got a two corner block properties in qld, let me know if it fit your need.

    Property 1 - Redbank Plains 786m2 corner block with an old house on currently pulling in $320/wk, long term tenant been there for close to 3 yrs now.

    Property 2 - Collingwood Park 915m2 corner block with a 15yr house curte tly pulling in $350/wk, long term tenant been there for more than 3 years.
