    Excited to have found this forum
    We are mid 40's home owners with a small portfolio looking to make our next addition. Scarily we are thinking about what our retirement will look like in a decade or so's time. Fumbling about with what to do, so looking to learn some !

    Congratulations on your investments...as a fellow investor, I have worked towards acquiring as many IPs as possible to build our future together and retire (and what I mean about retire is simply being in control and owning time 100%)
