It is a useful tool to determine the locality of a property from a range of infrastructure. However, a relatively lower score wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me when looking at a specific property. I suppose it depends on what you are looking for and how important it is to be close to local amenities.

Likely a good indicator for the walkability to local
amenities. This would baturally favour higher density / inner suburban regions with infrastructure density.l within walking distance.

As COVID lockdowns and flight to regions has indicated, I wouldn’t be too concerned with this as a measure or indication of capital growth.

If however your target market and strategy is properties with no car park, inner suburban apartments (it’s not mine and is not a recommendation), then it could be a useful tool for desirability for your tenants.

Summary - I wouldn’t be too concerned with your suburbs of Logan.

    Good luck!
