Waived annual package fees

    Has anyone been able to have their annual package fees waived due to hardship??

    I'm not in financial hardship, but I would not wait on the phone for the hours it takes for a possible $395 refund of annual ANZ (in my case) pkge fees.

    I know someone who had it deferred so the package date will change. They gave them 6 months to mirror the loan/s. Wpac.
    Waived?. Doubt it without loss of the package discount and benefits.

    I used to call nab every year and get it waived as a gesture of goodwill when pointing out I could get a lower rate elsewhere. We got to the point they wouldn’t reduce rate further but would waive the package fee. Definitely worth a call!
