Hi all, I am currently self managing. We have a fixed term contract that will expire at the end of this month. The tenants hinted in an email that they might terminate between now and the end of the lease. Does this mean I'm entitled to a 30 days of notice not to renew the agreement ? So if they terminate tomorrow, even though the contract expires 2 weeks from now, legally I'm entitled to 30 days of rent ? First time handling termination, I thought normally they ought to let landlords know at least 30 days before contract expiry.
