    Hi all,

I have by way of a signed deed the "right to charge over all" of a subjects rights, titles and interest for a particular property. The property has been offered as a security until a debt is repaid.

Would anyone know how the wording would be set out for such a claim during the lodgement of the caveat?

"claims an interest as a chargee by virtue of..."?

I would not be claiming as a mortgagee or lessee.

Any advice would be great, can't get a hold of any legal assistance due to the holiday season.

    Thanks.
