WA: commercial leasing agents

    Just after a bit of a sanity check and some input if anyone has ever used Vend Property as leasing agents to find, negotiate and then manage commercial property.

    I know they have some very big clients but I'm curious if any Perth CIPers have any experience with them.

    Is there anyone else you would also recommend that has excellent contacts to bring in big box/bulky goods showrooms, retail and also other non PLUC 5 users such as medical centres, day care etc etc

    Looking at the viability of a local centre site.
