$786k for total project or $393k each. At the moment, as you know, rents kinda suck so I'd be expecting around $430ish rent.

There is a garden at the front of one and front and side of the other. The front is landscaped by the developer and it's some grass and waterwise plants - mainly strappy things. The side will get grass and a tree (maybe a lemon)

Those plants above sound great for a waterwise gardens.

Cool, thanks for clarification. I added in your upgrades on top of total price so came up with $5000 more. Oops.

Thanks, I'll keep nurturing my baby plants. Got a couple of variety strappy green native grasses also :)

Ah! No all upgrades were done prior to construction so in my fixed price contract. The only thing extra is the tiles in the pantry but still don't know how much that is

True. There is tape at the top and bottom so no one uses it.

I meant maybe he started at the top of the stairs and then worked his way down...unless I'm missing something...

Hmmm but unit 2 has the marble plank tile ensuite.
I'm not sure I can decide. Probably why they are different - it was too hard to pick one scheme.

Well practical completion is booked for Monday but the Site Super has already gone through this week with his red dots to mark anything and they are being rectified before then.
There are 2 items still on the to-do list.
    1. Rust Blade Wall - still waiting for the paint to arrive from over East - must be travelling on a camel or something. We need some fine weather as well to do it so it's going to be dicey.
    2. The tiling of the alfresco around the blade wall has been left clear as we don't want the rust paint on the tiles so that won't get done until above is done.

These are probably the last photos from me until the professional photographer goes through.

The pendant lights were a rushed choice at 830am on Tuesday. I had supplied different ones which were from Ikea but the electrician was onsite and wouldn't install them so I rushed to Masters (only place open) and picked these and gave them straight to the sparkie. The selection was pretty poor as they'd just had 40% off lighting 2 weeks previous and hadn't gotten new stock in yet. Finding a pendant light that had 3 in stock was not easy - unless they were the over $100 ones and I'm a cheaparse :p They turned out ok though
