    Really depends on some site specific stuff and zoning as to how large things will be. But mid $600s should cover most flat sites that are a 450-480sqm of construction

    I have a couple of small builders that my designer is recommending, but no quotes yet

    Just gone to council for approval

    I was told by another Perth developer that City of Melville not a fan of double garage at the front, it would have killed my design if this were case. Fortunately not
