WA - 4 units strata subdivision

    For 4 units survey strata subdivision, with common drive way, is it possible to do without no strata fees every year? I know 3 lots subdivision can be done without any strata levies.

    I'm not sure of the legislation, however, any strata subdivision such as yours will have shared costs, eg:
    • insurance and PL for common property
    • garden maintenance etc
    • other eg. gate and fence maintenance
    Whether or not you engage a strata manager to handle or these issues is a separate matter.

    So there will always be "fees" , it is just a question of how they are managed.
