    If I had the room I'd buy a few.

    Cannot beleiev how cheap they are.

    One day they'll be worth a lot more than 1k

    I have seen them used in rural / city fringe areas for restaurant (no, not the Tramcar restaurant), art studio, combined together to be a house and just playhouse / garden feature if you have the space.
    Few ideas there.

    I could see one of those trams replacing the bus which acts as a jump at the ski resorts around Victoria. :cool:

    How much is the transportation cost?

    Maybe you could retro fit it into a grungy little air bnb for a point of difference.

    Slightly more than the return tram fare to St Kilda from Collins St.
