Senso planks at bunnings are around $60 a box and it covers 2.5 sqm.

Can you put em over tile and just use bond crete for the extra stickyness? Or would some mortar be required first over the tiles to create a flat floor?

Not an expert ... Just from what I read
from memory senso plank in Bunnings is quite thin and will need the floor fully prepped and level (I.e. It will show the nudges if the the tile below is not prepped) Senso Self-Adhesive Planks/Tiles FAQs
    It's about $28 persqm ($63 for 2.2sqm).
For that price I'd be looking at this one Specials - Integra Direct | Loose Lay Vinyl Tiles, Self-adhesive Vinyl
They also have the 5mm at $36 persqm

I just bought a lot of loose lay vinyl planks - no need to glue at all! Amazing.

Those floors were laid within 2 working days, I have no complain! The smoothest process I had for this property so far

Do you reckon these are easy to DIY? I am thinking to do the same in one of my properties in Crestmead. Is it just simply peel off and stick, as long as the flooring is levelled and cleaned?

I think so, the 5mm is quite thick too so it should be quite easy that I'd do it myself if I was nearby :)

Ah I see. Senso ones are only 2mm. So Integra ones are thicker at 5mm

Integra one has 2,3 and 5mm - the 2 and 3mm are considerably cheaper but need more prep

I put the vinyl non glued ones in our caravan. They are great. I used the click laminate ones in IP and also had them in a place we rented and they do swell up once water gets in- eg unnoticed spill that soaks in

Sorry mate. Just saw this. Got them on gumtree in marrickville. They were 5 mm thick, non linked. I laid them without glue. Very happy with it.

Super easy. They can be glued down with a tack glue that doesn't go off if the substrate isn't the greatest.
