QLD Von Vibra Village Upper Coomera

Having recently purchased a new car I got talking to the sales managers. As a Real Estate Agent I am always interested in developments and I learned that Von Bibra have purchased and are currently clearing a site ready for approval. A street (sort of like Ferry Road) full of car dealerships in Upper Coomera.

I can see a change for the property market in upper coomera and surrounding Areas over the next few years.

Are you getting into the Gold Coast Property Market now? Or holding off for the future?

 

What percentage increase are you predicting over the next few years Nathan? What do you think would drive house prices and rents up in coomera if there is still plenty of vacant land to build into?

 

A car dealership pushing leased out discretionary spends? How does that make a suburb boom? These dealerships don't employ that many people and don't actually produce anything.

 

It could be worse, imagine a new street full of real estate agencies!

 

Maybe study up on where the car dealerships are going,the days of having 1-2 klm's of new second hand car sales yards are long gone,internet car sales sales finished the car saleman
as it will cull off a lot of other sales face too face over the next few years..

 

They were popping up everywhere during the Sydney boom...

 

@Nathan Simon Well, somehow your suggestion works well with Todd Hunter (Buyers agent from wHere group), he mentioned that investing in COOMERA and UPPER COOMERA is the best way to do this year since the price is started to picking up since 5 years ago.

If those big business willing to invest in thst area, then it must be a good location.

In my area where I invest (Park Ridge QLD 4125), some of those names built new place there hence it convince me that something good is about to happen

Sunland are doing a build in the area as well, there're product is always looks fairly reasonable IMO

 

yeah upper coomera is defiantly a good long term hold, there was a an idiot in here trying to talk it down the other week. Lots of potential in this area. The northern gold coast is definitely getting more focus put on it in the last 5 - 10 years. Something that people from out of town don’t realise.

 

@flightcrank - how much free land is still available in the area? My impression was that there was still loads of vacant land to develop still? What's going to cause cg if you can build a new house 5 mins drive away?
