    Hi there,

    I am looking to purchase an investment property, I have been offered a property with Villa World in Jacobs Well region for approx 430K with rental appraisal of around 450 per week. The property is still being built but will be ready by April.

    Has anyone gone through something similar and is it worth investing in this, as i can imagine the house being also newly built that it would help from a depreciation perspective also.

    Any views on Jacobs Well, Villa World the company and whether its a ideal path to move forward on would be much appreciated.
