    Surprisingly, no thread has popped up on the news related to changes in negative gearing policy. Starting this thread to discuss PCs opinion on this.

    I think we are all waiting to see what the Libs will put on the table. Labors proposals do not seem very well thought out and could potentially cause more problems than it solves.

    Negative gearing will only apply to new product/houses?? Is this correct??

    If so, this is good news for developers.
