    just type in "
    Victoria's hottest rental suburbs revealed" in google and you should be able to get in that way. if your not HS subscribed. thats how i did it to get the link up ;)

    herald scum is always a joke as far as im concerned. but the article i found intriguing...

    I'm not sure about some of the suburbs on the list but I agree with the bayside suburbs (chelsea and mordiallic) being on this list.

    undervalued suburbs that have really taken off over the last 12-24 months, decent yields could have been had for those who bought before the latest price jump. I was looking hard to find a place in these areas but was quickly priced out :(

    i agree with chelsea and mordy absolutely, but rosebud west? really? the place is a thefttown! so much terrible **** happens there!!!!! and the reason for the "capel sound" revamp town names is becuase of this!

    Properties in Lara are really cheap, $365k median. It's close to Geelong so rents are reasonable. Still who wants to live next to an airport.

    Lara currently has 16 vacant properties advertised on realestate.com whereas Beaconsfield Upper has had zero vacancies since last November. Go the bush!
