    Hi all

Not sure if this has already been posted in another thread, but the Victorian government is conducting a review of laws relating to the property market. It's looking at underquoting, pre-sale disclosure, settlement process, off the plan sales etc. Currently open for consultation (via survey and/or submission). Could be good to have your two cents worth: https://engage.vic.gov.au/property-market-review

Hope it brings some real change, though I am pessimistic. Someone from the industry body was quoted the other day saying underquoting is not an issue in Melbourneo_O
