How should Mathew Guy win November State Election in light of his recent announcement to slash population growth in Melbourne West due to weak infrastructure and lesser public services/servants ?

The Green government said if there's no body supporting a high speed rail from Geelong to Melbourne then no party has any credibility.

The West is in Labor's safest seats when people are being looked after.

What has caused a population boom?

The boom is mainly comming from immigrants. Those are on student visas, working visas and investor visas.
They come here to study, to work and to buy houses in order to get pernament visas.

How could Mr Guy push them to rural/regional areas where there're no good schools and lack of job vacancies.

He could move them to other state like Queensland for example but this is still not a right solution if the government won't invest in road/rail infrastructure, Schools and Hospitals outside major cities corridors especially the West.

The West has more scopes for growth

. To develop those surplus lands to make housing more affordability.
. To attract more Business / Industrial developers in light of lower AUD to help Australia manufacturing sector

It's easy to understand that if the governments build more road / rail networks they will prop up properties prices but if they don't spend the tax money wisely to build Schools and Hospitals then they will lose people hearts.

My Guy is simply having no head and no heart according to Melbourne Education city institute
"no good infrastructure- no Education city in Werribee" therefore no Mr Guy here mate
