    Hello - I was wondering if anyone could recommend a PM in Melbourne?

    IPs - one in inner south-east (Glen Eira council), one east (Maroondah council). I'm hoping to add one in August 2016 in Kingston city council as well. If one PM could manage all IP's and give me a discount that would be nice; if not I could go with different PM's. What kind of fees should I expect to pay?

    Whatever you do....dont use eview i have been through 3 pms now a 4th and a yet another change to their pm with a new name and their directors taking hold of my place now. Im so glad im moving back into my place cause im over the **** with them!!!!
