    It's worth pointing out that over the last 15 years, all of Steven Keen's predictions have been that the property markets will collapse. To the best of my knowledge he's never predicted an increase in property values. His predictions are usually a collapse of 40% or more.

    My theory is that the media only continues to give him oxygen because his statements are sensationalist and sell advertising space. He shouldn't be given the time of day at all.
