Abs statistics Don't support the assertion that rich expats move to Vic.

Stop manipulating data. Show me where It says in any statistics where rich expats are moving from NSW.

You can easily say that poor migrants that came into Sydney can't afford to stay so migrate to Victoria.

No I think he's right! That's where most of the crime comes from so it only stands to reason they would want to move away! Shocking!

What we should do is build a wall, and make the NSW residents pay for it.

I would never have considered moving to Melbourne, not in my wildest dreams.

But one day I looked in the mirror and thought - who is this handsome, affluent, highly intelligent individual?

I immediately booked one way tickets to Melbourne that day.

Seems things are getting worse for crime 20% increase in robberies. I will start lobbying my MP to start building the wall. Must be the effluent expatriates from NSW Contributors to the crime rate.
Crime rate in Victoria increases, robberies up by 20 per cent - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

One of the reasons I moved to Melb was for the lower cost of housing (in my case, apartments). I can't understand those people hoping for more double digit gains in the years ahead. Maybe good for short term profits but terrible for longer term sustainability. Removing affordability would remove a key attraction for Melbourne.

Yep it will only be when the median overtakes Sydney that this might change...

Melb is still rising while Sydney is dropping so might happen..

    Lmao...

9/10 wealthiest suburbs in Australia according to Forbes are in Sydney. I'm sure many of them are immigrants.

To be fair, money doesn't buy class. What's that saying? You can take the man out of the trailer park but you can't take the trailer park out of the man.

    E.g. mainland china
