VIC Land Tax and PPR exemption, renting it out Jan 2020

    I know it's based on property owned on 31 December 2019. Just double checking I can still claim PPR even if I enter a rental contract in December and tenant moves in January 2020 as long as I am living there on 31st December

    You would need to look at the legislation. I would think the taxing point is what counts.
