    Already got the can I come rip the curtains and take the aircon unit

    My husband and I many years ago donated a house that was on a double block in Raymond Terrace to a community group for their various organisations i.e. Progress Association, health clinic etc - its now the community centre at North Arm Cove.

    Is that on a slab? Is there actually access under the house to put thick steel beams through?

    Tile roof will need to be replaced because you cant transport with tiles on the roof.

    And the house has no character.

    And house looks wider than most small blocks can take.

    Sometimes its worth paying $30000 to get a removal house without all the above problems.
