    Hello Everyone,

    Anyone thought about Ballarat? One of agent friend told me that this is another good sub to buy in me
    I'm not from melb therefore I'm unsure. I have google it. It's a gold town. 1.5 hours away from melb CBD. The population is 165000 which is not much.

    My investor clients are increasing buying into Ballarat. The Victorian government has just announced a major public service relocation to the area (600 new jobs), and public transport is being upgraded.
