We bought a commercial property, contract exchanged, both lawyers got involved and the settlement date is set about two weeks away.

Yesterday I happen to come across an ad, the vendor is still selling it at a significant higher price.

What does it mean ? is it normal for commercial or there is something fishy ????

Maybe they are waiting till you complete as nothing is certain until the cash is in their hands.

Lead generation. Even after settlement some agents leave up, especially with a sold sign across it
