    What's amazing about Coolbinia is that most houses back onto parks.
    I think its one of those gem areas that many don't even know where it is

    Most of it is super low zoned so perfect for fantastic PPOR. I almost bought one of the few R60 blocks in Coolbinia this year but I couldn't get the price low enough reiwa.com - 27 Lanark Street, Coolbinia

    Almost stacked up but needed it lower for the risk. But someone ended up buying it at the price they wanted - probably for a PPOR. At PPOR price it was fantastic - cheapest house in Coolbinia.

    do you recall what it sold for???

    we have friends who purchased a gem at auction about 18 months ago, paid $1M I thought absolute bargain for the location and no extension required.

    It sold for $790k which for a 400sqm block was more than I wanted to spend. Initially it was advertised as having a DA which would have been attractive but it didn't actually. I wanted it low to mid $700s

    Trolley jack wheels can swivel so you can push the car sideways directly into the spot.
