If it's big enough for a turn table, it's big enough to turn your car around!

Though it might benefit a certain someone if I built one of them in my driveway...

    2 sorts I believe - hand crank & electric.

An expensive solution if you can work with a turning circle

I thought you meant installing a record turntable in a car by the thread title.
    Would skip a little...

Hehe, finding a solution to meeting council guidelines, was interested to find out if anyone has used these. My Town planner is endorsing this for my project, just don't know too much about this.

Fully installed 15500 @MTR . If the land value is high definitely worth it.

Thanks Barny:), I may not have a choice, well I have 3 options, but town planner and architect recommending this as best option.

That is cheap???? I made a phone call this morning, was quoted $24,000.

The property is in Melb, median house price around $600K.

I've done on bit it was 6 years ago.

Prices appear to have come down. A lot.

Micheal W had installed one in his Manly development.

Forget the details but he provided costings on the install and as I remember he imported part directly from China.

    Cheers

slightly smaller townhouses, from 18 sq each to 17.5 sq, we can also set garages further back on the property and meet council guidelines

Apparently vehicle turntables are more common/acceptable in inner city areas, I guess similar to what Barny mentioned, higher land value
