    WOW, love them!!

Kitchen - what's the colour of the benchtop? Caesarstone concrete series?
Lounge & Bed 4 - did you make the window larger?

How long did the reno take?

Thanks, the caesarstone is 'sleek concrete'.

Sorry the photo of the Lounge is taken from two different angles. No windows were changed in the Lounge.

The main bedroom is taken from the same angle, so those windows should look the same.

We actually subdivided the main Bedroom into 2 as we only had 2 bedrooms and it was 5m long.

The reno took about 12 months of working at nights after work and on weekends.. It was a hard slog not having a working bathroom and kitchen for a few months, but we survived :)

I was keen to keep the tub and vanity (because I'm tight) and I thought the vanity would add maintain some character after being painted white.. but the boss said they had to go :)

Yep, all wall and ceiling sheeting had to go as it was asbestos and we wanted to change a couple walls. I resheeted in gyprock and used 'Alto' cornice which we were quite happy with.. nice change from cove cornice.

Very nice. Can you give an approx costing of kitchen and where from? Did you do the install yourself? Including the ceasarstone?

the kitchen cabinetry is from ikea and cost about $3500 all up. The caesarstone was through masters and cost about $3000. I did all the cabinetry and tiling. Tiling would have been under $100. Masters did the caesarstone install ;)

Kitchen appliances were from appliances online. Omega dishwasher, induction cooktop and oven came in pretty cheap.. About $1500 from memory. Miele range hood was a hand me down from my parents.

How much did it cost to remove all of the sheeting from the ceiling and walls?
