Valuer for NRAS valuation

    Can you recommend a valuer to perform a market rent valuation for NRAS purposes? The apartment is in WA.

    While the NRAS Consortium would organise one, that won't be completed until mid August (when the new valuation is required to take effect). My tenant has just advised that she will be vacating on 20 August so I would like to know what the valuation is ASAP so I can advertise the apartment now for the appropriate rent.

    I use Paul Major from Major Valuations. He's done NRAS vals for me before
