No havent heard any of that stuff. But ive only ever been on the buying end. Not the selling end where you might be hit up with all those costs.

    Container is a good idea!

The Smart House starts its life as a single 40ft container, and incorparates a unique fold out system that has the dwelling liveable in 10-14 days!

Wow, $550 is really cheap! 20GP? Where did you buy it and how did you bring it home lol
and problem for my place is the access not wide enough for a container to go through, maybe I need a crane!

Not really, have you contacted them? How much for those modular flat?
How about a mobile home? If it's movable, maybe you even don't need council approved?

Its a 20 ft, a lady had it for sale on construction sales website, she used it for storage and was paying rent to have it located on someone else's land 6 month at a time, she needed to get rid of it asap. Was asking $1200 I offered $300 eventually agreed on $550. I got a tilt tray to shift it for me. I bought it for storage but initially I'm going to rent it out to recoup my investment. Anyone need storage in Loganholme................?

One that may shoot at you or stab when you try and collect arrears or effect eviction ?

Actually you can buy them done, however is not going to be cheap, may be considered temp (so no loan and maybe council will say no), would be good for a rural block.
