    Fantastic to see a 2 storey build that is full brick on top and bottom. And not full of fibro facades and sh*tty render that turns to crap and looks horrible after after 5 years. This is clearly designed and built in a sustainable & low maintenance way - perfect for the long term holding investor.

    What’s you’re current estimates on the Granny flat rent at the moment ?

    We’re about to start a granny flat in Turramurra on our PPOR , east side walk station . Corner block .

    When we were talking to local pm’s Prior to starting , they were talking in the 500’s though I thought that looked pessimistic and I was thinking around 600 .

    Are you still budgeting on 650 , even the rental market is softer at this stage ?

    We signed up someone at $680 per week and possibly could have got higher put the quality of tenant wasn't as good.

    Looks amazing, can't wait to see more pictures. The upper north shore market is hard to please.
