    If that sold price is for both, then I'd say it was sensational buying. There must be a catch? Something badly wrong? Or maybe that auction result is for one only (I haven't looked further than the link).

    That'd be the sold price for one of the pair. Either half of the "combined" sale price if they went together, or whatever either 32 or 36 went for if sold separately.

    Otherwise, buy of the year.

    Just going by the street numbers on the 2 blocks,then they may be already split on the title,
    but for that price and the way that entire small area is going,some with zoning above ten levels
    which may or not be in that area,sometimes you smell money..imho..

    It was up there this morn around 495K now taken down. If anyone knows the real price, it would be great to final out for the record.
