    Thought I'll update the Big 4 deal I posted a while ago. Ended up getting 1.6% discount, 10 year interest only, 80% LVR.

    Had one of the smaller banks offer me to stay at 3.95% variable also, but that's another matter.

    Happy hunting on bank deals.
