I don't really get these properties. Beyond the whole excessive consumption thing, why buy someone else's dream home if you could design your own?

While your on holiday or on your honeymoon, or, if you have so much income and money that you cannot find ways to spend it.

After a while the novelty will wear off, then it is just work, unless you have a manager to manage :)

I think that's why Azure worked for me. Husband and wife designed and built it. But it's really their dream home. I can't imagine living there.

Haha. I watched it with the sound switched off. :p

I missed this. Maybe I should watch it on catch-up tv. Or maybe not. Oh, how the 1% live!

I watched the Azure bit. Great views. They don't sound particularly w**** and because it's bedtime, I went to bed.

Too much work, can you imagine how many paid off cheapies you could buy instead of that ?

You could have a personal manager & have money to pay to stay in places like this worldwide.

Compared to the madness in Millionaire Mansions, I thought it was sedate. Then again, that was about Russians with way more money than taste in superprime London.

However, I did like the bog oak table that an architect put together for a renovation in Kensington.

Next week they're featuring the Stamp House on Unreal Estate. That's a really cool place, and on the market for a mere $8.8 million.

Too many zeros, can't work out if it's $5 or $50 million. Doesn't matter if it's either i suppose, both figures are serious F U money!
