    It has always come out of your wages - the super contribution arose in lieu of pay rises back when Noah's grandson was a lil'tacker.

    That is why it is treated as 'your' money as it has come out of your wages.

    1. Yes. Single Touch Payroll gives them real time data of what is due and then what is paid through the proper system updates as paid. A "notional debt" can occur although its not explicitly tracked it is used to show unpaid employee amounts. They are watching now......
    2. On 1st July 2021 it went to 10% as part of that process. So first quarter due 28 Ocober will be 10% minimum.
